Meet the Baker
Hi, I'm Josh — the guy behind the dough. I started twisting pretzels in my home kitchen for friends and family, and it grew from there into Hot Knots. Every batch is still hand-twisted the same way I taught myself: no shortcuts, no machines, just dough, salt, and a hot oven. When I'm not on the trailer, I'm testing new flavors in the kitchen, trying to find the next crowd favorite.
Our Family Story
Hot Knots began the way a lot of good things do — around a kitchen table, with too much dough and not enough people to eat it. What started as a weekend hobby quickly turned into requests from neighbors, then a booth at a local market, and eventually a trailer of our own.
Every recipe on our menu traces back to that first kitchen — tested, retested, and approved by the toughest critics we know: our own kids. We're proud to still be a family-run operation, mixing dough by hand and hauling the trailer wherever our community needs us.
Community Mission
We source ingredients locally whenever we can, and 5% of our proceeds go toward supporting local school groups and youth programs. Every pretzel we sell helps keep that going.
